How the team works
High Point GPS is small enough that the person who scopes your fleet is usually still involved when it goes live, and reachable afterwards. There is no handoff from a salesperson to an account manager you have never met, because there is no layer in between to hand off to.
That shape has a cost worth naming: we are not a call centre with overnight coverage in every time zone. What it buys is that the people on this page know the platform, the hardware and the compliance rules directly, rather than reading from a system.
Who writes the guides
The articles in the resource library are written under real names, by the people here who work on that subject, and each one links back to its author. That is deliberate: a compliance guide with no author is a document nobody has staked anything on.
