Tennessee handles IFTA through the Department of Revenue's TNTAP portal: opening an account, renewing it and granting third-party access all happen there. The licence runs January 1 to December 31 and the decals expire with it, so the credential in the cab on New Year's Day is either this year's or it is a problem.
