Geotab Data Connector: Fleet Data in Power BI, Excel and Tableau Without the API

MyGeotab has every report a fleet manager needs, inside MyGeotab. The rest of the company runs on Power BI, Excel or Tableau, where the fleet's numbers meet the revenue, the payroll and the work orders, and getting fleet data there has meant exporting reports by hand or asking a developer to write against the API. Data Connector is Geotab's answer for the first case: a certified connector that presents the fleet's aggregated data to the BI tool as tables, refreshed daily, with no code.

Pre-built, aggregated datasets rather than raw telemetry: vehicle and driver summaries by day, trips and distance, fuel and idle, safety events and scores, utilization, maintenance and fault codes, EV charging and battery data, and the fleet's groups so the numbers slice the way the organization does. Because the aggregation is done on Geotab's side, the BI tool receives clean tables sized for a dashboard rather than millions of GPS points. The connector appears in Power BI's connector list and as a data source in Excel and Tableau.
