Rosco Vision DV6 on Geotab: A Dual HD Recorder With AI Alerts for Bus and Truck Fleets

Rosco Vision is best known as an original-equipment supplier of mirrors, cameras and vision systems to school bus, transit and truck manufacturers, which means its hardware is built for vehicles that are washed, vibrated and left outside for fifteen years. The DV6 is its fleet dash cam: a dual-camera HD recorder with a road-facing and a driver-facing lens, local storage, LTE upload and AI detection, integrated with Geotab through the Marketplace so events and clips appear in MyGeotab.

Continuous HD video from both lenses to onboard storage, retrievable by time window. AI alerts for distraction, phone use, drowsiness, following distance, forward collision risk and harsh events, with an in-cab alert and a clip uploaded on each. Additional camera inputs for side, rear and interior views, which matters for buses, where the interior and the stop-arm side are as important as the road. Events feed the Geotab driver scorecard and rules; clips open from the MyGeotab event.
