What Is Fleet Maintenance Software? Service on Engine Hours and Fault Codes, Not a Calendar

Fleet maintenance software keeps the service record for every vehicle and piece of equipment: what was done, when, by whom, at what odometer or engine-hour reading, and what it cost in parts and labour. On top of that record it runs the schedule: each unit has service intervals — oil at so many hours, brakes at so many kilometres, an annual inspection by date — and the software tracks each one against the unit's current reading and flags it as due, due soon or overdue.
